Technique
- Sit with both legs in front of you.
- Bend the left leg under the right so the left heel touches the buttock.
- Bend the right leg over the left so that the right heel touches the buttock and the right knee is over the left.
- Take the left arm behind the back lifting the hand between the shoulder-blades, palm out. Take the right hand over the right shoulder palm touching the back, clasp the hands.
- Keep the back straight and the head back to open the shoulder.
- Hold the pose for 1 minute or more.
- Repeat the pose with the legs and arms reversed.

- Breathe normally in the final position.
